Orders, shipping and payment

Shipping cost is calculated from weight, volume and destination. The amount appears before payment or on the pro forma invoice.

Delivery is free for orders above €500 excluding VAT.

Dispatch is usually 48 to 72 hours after payment. Carriers are GLS, DPD or UPS, according to destination and parcel size. Large orders may go on a pallet. Typical EU transit is 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

• Instant bank transfer via Bridge
• Card via the secure payment provider
• Standard bank transfer — put the order ID in the reference

Complaints

Check the parcel on delivery. Missing items or visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

These categories are not taken back into stock: CBD flowers, hash and resins, concentrates, and new cannabinoids. A commercial gesture may be offered; a return is not arranged.

Approved returns of other damaged goods must be agreed before anything is sent back.
